The Frederick County Planning Commission unanimously approved a site development plan for a 100,000± SF 30 foot clear office warehouse in the Stanford Industrial Park. The site is zoned LI (Limited Industrial) which allows for a wide variety of uses including manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and more. “This conditionally approved site-plan presents a unique opportunity for a user or investor looking to buy industrial real estate without having to go through the time and expense of the site-plan approval process.
